What happens in your first week

No lessons to book, no camera, nobody listening. Just your phone and a door you can close.

1. Day one: about six minutes

You sing four short guided exercises — find your home note, how low and how high you go, hold one steady, match a note you hear. The app measures where your voice sits right now and how steadily you hold it.

2. The same day: your plan

A five-minute session appears, pitched to the voice it just heard. A gentle warm-up, one thing to work on, a soft landing. That is the entire ask.

3. Day seven: proof

Retake the check whenever you like. Most women see the number move before the feeling catches up, which is exactly the point. Feeling better is lovely. Watching the range move is proof.

Who is teaching you

I am Ingrid Moss. I trained at the University of Southern California and I have spent more than 25 years coaching voice, most of it with women returning after a long break. I have also been performing in musical theatre for over 30 years.

The part that matters more: I stopped singing without ever deciding to. Life filled up, and one day my own voice had gone quiet on me.
